Lauren K. Wickland, RN, WCC
Sr. Manager of Clinical Services
Lauren Wickland has worked at RB Health Partners, Inc. for 12 years and serves as our Sr. Manager of Clinical Services. In this role, she works with clients, often filling key roles in regulatory challenged facilities and supporting stabilization as new teams are created to provide support for the facility, residents, and staff. Ms. Wickland has a passion for long-term care, and end of life care, starting her healthcare journey as a surgical technician, later becoming an RN. She is a skilled nurse who has worked in the field for the majority of her career.
Ms. Wickland has held progressive roles such as nurse, MDS Coordinator, Director of Nursing, Palliative Care Nurse Manager, and Interim Clinical Manager for two PACE Centers. In 2018, Lauren became a Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) to enhance her ability to support quality end-of-life care. In the fall of 2021, she earned her WCC, Wound Care Certification.
Ms. Wickland enjoys time with her family, two children, and her husband.
